Apple Culture

Despite how some people dislike Apple and their business practices, you have to give some credit to the Apple Store genius who decided to respond to a customer. She came to the store to ask for help 30 minutes after closing time.

I overheard the customer was using an iPhone and was asking for help with backing up the data. After closing time, I am sure there wasn’t anything the store rep can do.  Usually, you would book an appointment for an in-store demo/working session to learn how to use the product. The store rep spent at least 10 minutes with the customer. At the end of the conversation, that was 40 minutes after the store closed.

Good customer service is like this balloon, it elevates the perceived value of the product!

hehe, no I didn’t. The Apple Store ran out of stock… but I did play with it for a few minutes before the store closed and it is nice that it is thinner and has cameras.
