HG Seravee Gundam – Part 6
It has been a while since I last worked on building the HG Seravee Gundam. Today is a good day to continue customizing it.

Continuing with the shoulder armor customization: drew some rough lines to where I want the panel lines before starting to scribe the panel lines on the pla plate.

I ended up not finding any professional scriber. Instead, picked up some “Solder Reamer Tool” from Daiso for $2. It is actually very sharp and strong, making creating panel lines a relatively non-challenging task.

The progress of creating the panel lines. The tool has two ends, one end with a round pointy profile, the other end has a square pointy profile. The round end is great for starting the panel line. Once the rough line is scribed, I use the square end to add sharpness to the line.

Finally finished the shoulder armors. I think this is good enough or else the rest will take forever….

Next, starting to add some detail to the legs. Working on the leg is a bit tricky as it is not perfectly flat and it rocks a bit while I was trying to draw the lines on. I ended up putting a wet towel under it to help secure the leg in position before actually working on the panel lines.

Ok, here is what the panel lines look like. Still contemplating if I should add even more details to the leg or not….
Do you like adding details to your gunpla? Any tips and tricks to share?

Wow those are very nicely done panel lines. Thumbs up! For me i like to use old parts and kit bash with the new kits for mods.
Thanks chubbybots, I see that you have some nice mods going on! Great job!!
