Photo Walk 17 – Autumn weekend
The autumn weather is not always as nice as I thought.
Earlier last week, we had some foggy mornings.
Then some crazy wet weather.
I was super happy to see a sunny weekend. So we went out to get some fresh air.
On the way, we found this barn that has stacks of hay inside. Got curious, we stopped and took a look inside.
They are actually selling hay. The stacks of hay actually reminds me of some old old anime in which the main character puts some bed sheets over the hay stacks and sleeps on them.
After visiting the barn, we ended up walking along a neighborhood trying to find some red leaves as evidence of autumn. Instead of finding red leaves, I was attracted by the scenery.
The neighborhood has lots of trees and flowers. It is so well maintained that we almost liked to trespass inside.
Actually we did a little bit…. but just for one minute. But remembering why we were there in the first place, we continued our search for some red leaves.
Not satisfying only able to find some red grass, we pressed on.
Finally found a tree that has some red leaves left on it. It looks like it has been blown around a bit and has only 1/3 of the leaves left. How’s is that for evidence of Autumn?
And if you had guessed we were at Steveston again, you are absolutely correct.
