Been crossing the North Arm Bridge tones of times, almost daily commuting to and from work on the Canada Line skytrain.  But have never walked on it. This is my first time crossing it by foot and surprised to find that it is not as far as I was thinking.

Can’t believe it has been a year already. Every year, snow geese migrate through Richmond and it is a good reminder for me that the year is coming to an end soon. This year I have taken more photos of these birds and share them with you here. In case you missed it, here are a couple of similar posts from 2010 and 2009.

Have you tried horseback riding before? I have a couple of friends who used to ride horses but I never got a chance to see them on their ponies when they had them. Summer is ending soon.  After Labour Day (first Monday in September), school will go back to normal schedule and it seems another 10 months of hard work starts all over again in the work force. Summer always seem to give everyone a little break.  However Summer is selfishly short here in Vancouver. The most enjoyable time in the year in my opinion is July and August.  It is when the weather is usually the mildest, with the longest day light and has the least amount of rain.

Took a bit of a blogging vacation for a month and now finally got time to catch up. It was in July when a friend from work invited me out on his boat to cruise to English Bay.

The iPhone 4′s camera is a humble 5 megapixel camera, however, with the help of some apps, it can generate some pretty interesting photos. The above photo was taken using Camera+ and applied a “Vintage” border.
