Was out and about with my Sony Alpha NEX-5N a couple weekends ago and took these photos at the Vancouver International Airport.  Wife and I took the Canada Line sky train out there to save some gas, and to take advantage of our local transportation system.  It was cloudy but the photos turn out better than I expected.

Revolver Coffee is another local coffee bar that aim to stand out from the big chain coffee shops. What they offer is quite unique: their principal brew method is the 1940s industrial design icon Chemex coffee brewer.

Back at Rocanini Coffee Roasters for a second time, and this time we shared a siphon coffee. Siphon is a vacuum coffee maker, the mechanics of it is quite simple, but the coffee resulted from this method is supposed to be rich, pure, smooth and crisp.

West Coast Amusements was back at Lansdowne Centre for the annual outdoor carnival last week.  It was the same night when I tested the GF2 but because I didn’t have a backup battery for the GF2 and it ran out of juice, I ended up spending the rest of the evening taking photos using the trusty T1i.
