The daylight is getting shorter and shorter. Which means by the time I get off work, the sun would have already set.  So naturally I am taking more sunset and evening photos before the rainy season arrives. The Sony Alpha NEX-5N is pretty handy. I am having it with me regularly and it handles low light condition very well.  All the photos in this post is taken without a tripod.  When you scroll to the bottom of the post, you will see some night shots taken by this camera, too. I like this little camera!

Vancouver is now fully into Autumn.  We have a lot of trees turning red and it is a beautiful scenery in most streets.

Temperature has dropped to Winter level over the weekend and it was mainly clear.  With only 8 degrees during day time, we had to turn up the heat at home finally.  It was around 22 degrees the week before and I guess Winter is arriving fast.

It is not everyday that I can be on the top of Vancouver.  This is the view from Shangri-La, the tallest building in Vancouver downtown.  Today is my lucky day.

This view is unbeatable.  Looking west to English Bay.  Imagine the view when they have fireworks shooting up to mid sky?

Went out to have a quick walk around after work to take some pictures of the awesome summer weather in Vancouver.  We picked a theme “color” and I chose green as my primary color of my photos.  It is easier said than done as we quickly found out there are photos of other colors that we like to take as well.  So here I was sticking with the green theme for a little while.

I always like taking pictures of buildings, I need a wide angle lens NOW.
