A dog’s backyard

A couple of weeks ago we rescued a dachshund from a highway.  The owner is very friendly and he invited us to visit the dog when we have some free time.  So we went on the weekend.

The owner lives near the water, and here is their backyard.

A backyard facing the water is definitely an amazing luxury.  All these years, I only live in places where the backyard has a fence, on the other side of the fence is someone else’s backyard.

There we found some friendly wildlife as well.

They were disturbed by the barking of the dog, but I am sure they will come back.

Here is the little guy.  He is full of energy and he loves fetching.

We can’t help it, we all fall in love with this little guy.  Hope to see more of him in the future.
