It is difficult to believe we have maybe less than half of our summer left. It started sort of early, then cooled down for a couple of weeks. And then the heat came back for real.
Sharing some of the photos I took in the past month or so here. Hope you like them.

There are lots of swallows near where we live and I have always been curious in how well the Canon T1i works in capturing something small and fast.

Been extremely busy lately and have not been updating my blog as frequently as I like to. Need to get back to the routine….
In Vancouver, the weather is rather unpredictable. I don’t blame the meteorologist for not being able to give us somewhat accurate forecast for tomorrow. As a matter of fact, it is probably not very important for most part of what I do because there is no point to wait until I have a sunny day to do what I need to do, right? :)

This is probably the last set of cherry blossoms photos for the year. Our Spring has been exceptionally early this year but it is also pretty long. These photos were taken a couple of weeks ago.

Selected a few more photos from the same photo walk session we did in Marpole earlier. This time I tried cropping the images into squares instead of the wide format. Also I tried cropping out the part of the photos I feel is distracting from the original composition. Let me know if you like them.

Been trying to take as many cherry blossom photos as we can this year. The only limitation is time and weather ^^. This time we went to Marpole to take these photos. Marpole has a lot of cherry blossom trees and we didn’t have to walk very far to have taken tones of photos.

This time, we went to Tsawwassen to take some pictures of cherry blossoms to celebrate our Spring. Tsawwassen is not known for cherry blossom trees but they do have some that caught our eyes in previous years. So every year when we think about taking photos of cherry blossoms, we often think about the big cherry blossom trees here at Tsawwassen. More photos below.
