Steveston Farmers and Artisans Market

We stumbled across the Steveston Farmers and Artisans Market today on our errands and decided to check it out.  Didn’t realise that it has been on for the summer on every other Sundays.

These bread from Chimney Bread looks really awesome and unique. Didn’t take advantage of the free sampling and now thinking I will have to go back two weeks from now.

This Chili Tank looks very interesting.  Almost wanted to try it but was not too hungry at the time.

The Kettle Corn also smelled very good.

Other than snacks, there are also lots of ingredients you can get for dinner, like curry paste from Ace Curries To Go.

Or homous.

Produce from local farms.

Candies as colorful as girls’ accessories.

You can also get locally made carpentry, like this toy horse for your favourite kids.

There are also merchants selling plants at very good prices.

The market is suitable for everyone in the family and it is a great place to support our local community and businesses.

It was supposed to rain today but we were lucky as the sun peeked out from behind the clouds.

There are lots of shops being set up and definitely worth your while in case you are wondering.

And for ourselves, we picked up a couple jars of local unpasteurized honey to use with our Muji tea :)
