As promised by Apple, customers who got their iPhone 4′s before the end of September would be eligible for a case to help alleviate the reception problems from the poor antenna design of the iPhone 4. Personally I have not had a lot particular reception issues where I need to use the iPhone 4. I can see the signal strength drops if I grip the iPhone the way we are “not supposed to” but I can easily change how I hold it as well. It hasn’t deter me from enjoy using the iPhone 4. Well, now with the bumper case, I should enjoy the iPhone 4 even more.
I didn’t line up for the iPhone 4 when it was first released in Canada at the end of July, so I had to wait. It took about 6 weeks but it is definitely worth waiting. Before I say goodbye to my original iPhone, here are some photos of the iPhones for comparison.

Ever since I got the WD My Book Studio II, I keep all my photos in it as it is a RAID device. Ever since I took down the Windows Home Server and converted it as a Linux file server, I have been having some trouble connecting my wife’s Windows 7 laptop to the Samba file shares. And recently her hard drive is getting full and we need a quick way to backup her work. So I decided to pick up a Western Digital My Book Essential while it was on sale.

As mentioned before how much I am looking forward to the new Mac mini, so here it is. Got my hands on a Mac mini earlier and I have been extremely happy with it. It is so simple, yet so easy to use. I am consolidating my anime storage and anime download into this energy efficient aluminum enclosure of goodness.
I have had the Logitech MX Revolution Mouse for a few years and I really enjoy using it. It is different from the Apple Magic Mouse that it has more buttons to compensate for the lack of gesture. It is a great mouse and it is rechargeable. But that is where the problem is for this mouse. When the battery stops charging, what would you do?

Apple today revealed the latest Mac mini with HDMI output. I have been waiting for this for a while and now the wait is over! It is sort of a quiet announcement. There is a small mentioning here. Maybe because it is the same day that you can start ordering the iPhone 4, this new product is a bit overshadowed by all other iPhone 4 pre-order craze news.
